These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Face Detection Attendance Android App ("App") provided by SD Solutions (“Provider"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the App.

Accuracy of Face Detection: The face detection feature of the App works based on various parameters, and therefore, it may not provide 100% accurate results. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of the face detection feature and shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or errors in the attendance records.

Personal Information: The App requires certain personal information from the users to register attendance accurately. By using the App, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. The Provider will only use this personal information for attendance registration purposes and will not share it with any third parties without your consent.

Data Loss and Server Dependency: The Provider shall not be responsible for any data loss that may occur during the use of the App. The storage and retrieval of attendance records depend on servers and network connectivity, which are subject to technical limitations and potential interruptions. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the smooth operation of the servers but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App or the security of your data.

Usage Restrictions: You may use the App solely for the purpose of registering attendance. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data manipulation, or any activity that may disrupt the functioning of the App or its servers.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, associated with the App, its content, and any materials provided by the Provider, remain the sole property of the Provider or its licensors. You shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without obtaining prior written permission from the Provider.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or any violation of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Provider's total liability under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the App.

Modification of Terms: The Provider reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App after any modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Country].

By using the Face Detection Attendance Android App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the App.
